At Superlearning Tuition, our goal is to connect students with qualified and suitable tutors. While we carefully match tutors based on your needs, we are unable to guarantee specific academic outcomes.
A student’s success depends on a combination of factors, including the tutor’s guidance, the student’s effort, and parental support. Since tutors typically spend only a few hours each week with students, we strongly encourage parents to stay involved in their child’s learning journey.
We are committed to doing our best to recommend capable tutors, but we are not liable for academic results.
If you feel that the assigned tutor is not suitable, you may request a replacement at any time. There are no binding contracts between parents and our agency. Fees for the completed lessons should naturally still be paid.
Tuition rates are communicated by our coordinators and are final once both parties agree.
Parents and tutors should not renegotiate fees or schedules privately without informing us. Any agreed rate remains the official rate for commission calculation purposes.
We rely on tutors to provide accurate information about their qualifications. However, we strongly advise parents and students to:
Ensuring satisfaction with the tutor is the responsibility of the client.
Lessons are typically conducted at the student’s home. If you prefer an alternative location, arrangements can be discussed.
Regardless of the location, each session will be considered a paid lesson once conducted.
Once the first lesson is confirmed, the schedule should not be changed unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness).
Any changes must be communicated in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
After the first lesson, schedule changes may be requested. However:
Superlearning Tuition acts solely as a matching platform between tutors and clients.
We are not responsible for:
If any damage occurs due to a tutor’s actions, the tutor is responsible for compensation.
We value feedback from parents and students. If you encounter any issues regarding a tutor’s conduct:
Tutors with repeated complaints may be restricted from receiving future assignments.
We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
To register as a tutor, you must:
Tutors are required to pay a one-time commission equivalent to 50% of the first month’s tuition fees.
This commission will be collected via the client during the second week of lessons.
Any attempt to bypass commission payment will result in further action.
If you wish to withdraw from an assignment before the first lesson:
To increase job opportunities, our partner agencies may also contact you with suitable tuition assignments.
Tutors are expected to commit to at least one month per assignment.
If a tutor ends the assignment before one month:
