For Parents & Students
Our Service Commitment
At Superlearning Tuition, our goal is to connect students with qualified and suitable tutors. While we carefully match tutors based on your needs, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
A student’s success depends on a combination of factors, including the tutor’s guidance, the student’s effort, and parental support. Since tutors typically spend only a few hours each week with students, we strongly encourage parents to stay involved in their child’s learning journey.
We are committed to doing our best to recommend capable tutors, but we are not liable for academic results.
Tutor Arrangement & Flexibility
If you feel that the assigned tutor is not suitable, you may request a replacement at any time. There are no binding contracts between parents and our agency.
However, once a tutor accepts an assignment, they are expected to complete at least four lessons before making any changes. After this minimum period, either party may decide whether to continue.
Tuition Fees
Tuition rates are communicated by our coordinators and are final once both parties agree.
- Rates are based on tutors’ experience and market demand
- Prices listed on our website are general estimates, not fixed guarantees
- Any attempt by tutors to adjust fees independently should be reported to us
Parents and tutors should not renegotiate fees or schedules privately without informing us. Any agreed rate remains the official rate for commission calculation purposes.
Payment & Commission
- The first two weeks of lessons are payable to our agency as commission
- From the third week onwards, payment is made directly to the tutor
- If lessons are cancelled within the first month, 50% of the agreed amount will be payable to the agency
Tutor Credentials
We rely on tutors to provide accurate information about their qualifications. However, we strongly advise parents and students to:
- Verify certificates and credentials during the first lesson
- Check identification documents (e.g. NRIC)
Ensuring satisfaction with the tutor is the responsibility of the client.
Lesson Location
Lessons are typically conducted at the student’s home. If you prefer an alternative location, arrangements can be discussed.
Regardless of the location, each session will be considered a paid lesson once conducted.
First Lesson Policy
Once the first lesson is confirmed, the schedule should not be changed unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness).
Any changes must be communicated in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
After the first lesson, schedule changes may be requested. However:
- Changes are subject to the tutor’s availability
- Frequent changes are discouraged as tutors reserve dedicated time slots
Liability & Responsibility
SuperLearningTuition.com acts solely as a matching platform between tutors and clients.
We are not responsible for:
- Injuries, accidents, or losses during tuition sessions
- Disputes between tutors and clients
- Any damages caused during lessons
If any damage occurs due to a tutor’s actions, the tutor is responsible for compensation.
Feedback & Complaints
We value feedback from parents and students. If you encounter any issues regarding a tutor’s conduct:
- Inform us promptly
- We will investigate and take appropriate action
Tutors with repeated complaints may be restricted from receiving future assignments.
Important Note
Any damage to property, materials, or belongings caused during tuition sessions must be compensated by the responsible party.
